1. IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

IF YOU ARE LATE, PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA PHONE OR TEXT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

2. IF I AM LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AM I REIMBURSED FOR THE TIME?
​
REIMBURSED TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED! IF POSSIBLE, THE TIME WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER(S). PLEASE ASSUME THAT YOUR TIME IS ALL THE TIME YOU HAVE!

3. IF A SESSION IS BOOKED AND THE WEATHER ISN'T PERMITTING ON THE SESSION DAY? WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

IN THE EVENT A SESSION IS CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL RESCHEDULE THE SESSION AT THE EARLIEST AVAILABLE SLOT.

4. IS A FULL PAYMENT NEEDED TO BOOK A SESSION?

NO, A FULL PAYMENT IS NOT NEEDED TO BOOK. THERE IS A $100 DEPOSIT THAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR TIME AND SESSION DATE.

5. IF I CANCEL, WILL I GET A REFUND?
​
IN THE EVENT THE CLIENT CANCELS A SESSION, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IN THE EVENT THE PHOTOGRAPHER NEEDS TO CANCEL, YES, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

6. IF THERE ARE ANY CANCELLATIONS DUE TO UNCONTROLLED CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL I GET A REFUND?

YES. FOR CASES SUCH AS COVID-19, PANDEMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND GOVERNMENT SHUT-DOWNS, THE CLIENT WILL BE COMPLETELY REFUNDED. THE REFUND WILL BE AFTER A POSSIBLE RESCHEDULING, AND IF THIS ISN'T POSSIBLE OR WANTED, THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND.

7. HOW DO I SELECT PHOTOS FOR MY BOOKS AND PACKAGES?

INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR COMPLETED PHOYO LINK. ​

8. HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AFTER A SESSION?
​
YOU WILL HAVE THE DIGITAL PHOTO LINK NO LATER THAN A WEEK AFTER THE SESSION. SOME PACKAGES VARY IN DELIVERY, SO PLEASE REFERENCE YOUR PACKAGE TO SPECIFY.

9. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR BOOKS TO BE READY?

3-4 WEEKS.​

10. UNLIMITED STANDARD EDITS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
OLIVIA B. PHOTOGRAPHY WILL NOT PROVIDE RAW IMAGES. ALL PACKAGES COME WITH UNLIMITED STANDARD EDITED PHOTOS AND A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF FULL PREMIUM EDITS.

13. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW IMAGES, STANDARD EDITS, AND FULL PREMIUM EDITS?

IN THE FINAL EDITS, HAIR FLYAWAYS, BLEMISHES, AND OILY SKIN have been EDITED IN THIS PHOTO. WE LIKE ALL EDITS TO BE CLEAN AND NATURAL.

14. WHAT DOES "ON-LOCATION' MEAN?
-THIS IS ANY LOCATION THAT IS NOT IN THE STUDIO. WHEN WE ARE AT A LOCATION, THE PHOTOGRAPHERS CREATE SEVERAL DIFFERENT BACKDROPS WITH THE LOCATION WE ARE USING.

15. HOW WILL I GET MY FLASH DRIVE?
-ALL PACKAGES WILL BE DROPPED OFF OR MAILED TO THE LOCATION YOU PROVIDED TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER.

16. CAN I SHARE MY PHOTO LINK?
-ALL PHOTO LINKS ARE SHARABLE. ANY PERSON YOU SHARE YOUR LINK WITH WILL NEED THE PASSWORD TO VIEW OR DOWNLOAD YOUR SESSION PHOTOS.

17. AM I ABLE TO COME EARLY TO GET PREPPED/DRESSED?
- YOU CAN COME EARLY IF YOU LIKE, BUT YOU WOULD NEED TO ADD "EARLY ARRIVAL PREP TIME" TO YOUR PACKAGE. If you do NOT ADD THIS TO YOUR SESSION AND COME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, YOUR PREP TIME WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SESSION TIME. ANY TIME LOST MAY NOT BE REIMBURSED.
